The office of Career Development and Professionalism (CDP) is here to help each student achieve their professional goals through individualized counseling and assistance. Career counselors provide students with career planning advice, revision of resume and cover letters, assistance with career changes, and interviewing strategy. The office of CDP also provides opportunities for students to develop professional skills through programming, such as networking events, practice-area-specific lunch and learns, employer info sessions, and workshops.
We offer advice on planning your career; searching, applying and interviewing for jobs; and accessing our extensive alumni network.
Throughout the year we facilitate job fairs as well as on-campus interviewing opportunities with the dozens of individual law firms within our network.
We also provide support for students who wish to apply for nationwide judicial clerkships—some of the most prestigious and competitive employment opportunities available to recent graduates.
Students can search for existing job and internship opportunities and review our library of resources using our CK Career Hub.
