Section 51 Information
Description
Whether involving the separation of powers, drone strikes, Guantanamo detainees, FISA warrants, or terrorism designations, national security law is an extremely complex and evolving field. Taught by actual practitioners, this class will expose students to the various facets of this dynamic area of law, including war powers, laws of armed conflict, intelligence, detention and military commissions, law enforcement, economic sanctions, and domestic security.
