Section 81 Information
Description
This course will take a practical, hands-on approach to real estate acquisitions and development. The class will take the students through the acquisition, entitlement/zoning process, development, financing, leasing and ultimate disposition of a mixed-use development project. Other topics include but are not limited to, syndication, tax and securities law implications, title and survey review, leases, condominium development, crowdfunding, forcible entry and detainer, and other post-closing issues.
