Description
An examination of the theory and practice of the law governing the relationships between labor unions and employers. Among the topics covered are: the historical background of labor relations law; union organizing and the law; procedures for the selection of union representation; the law and process of collective bargaining; strikes, boycotts and picketing; and grievance and arbitration procedures.
