Section 2 Information
Description
Permission is required for admission to all clinical programs. All In-House and Externship clinical programs are graded on a pass/low pass/fail basis only, with the exception of Pretrial Litigation, Intensive Clinic, and Intensive Clinic seminar, which are graded on a letter grade basis. Students are expected to put in a minimum of 224 hours (an average of 16 hours a week for 14 weeks) for 4-credit In-House Clinics and for Externships (in addition to the classroom component), and a minimum of 168 hours (an average of 12 hours a week for 14 weeks) for 3-credit In-House Clinics. Students must be available at the days and times designated below to meet with supervising attorneys and at other times as required by the supervising attorneys.
