Section 81 Information
Description
This course is required for students in their last year who rank in the bottom 25% of their class; it is optional for other students in their final year. (Students in the bottom 25% of their class may petition for an exemption from taking the class.) The class is taught asynchronously by BARBRI instructors, with oversight by Prof. Kari Johnson. It covers Contracts, Evidence, Property, and Torts as tested on the bar exam, and covers both substantive rules and skills instruction for the written and multiple choice portions of the bar exam. The course is letter-graded.
